How do I know the subscription is working?
Whenever a new blog post comes out, you will receive it on your Kindle. In the future, I plan on adding a faster way to ensure that the subscription is working.
I haven't received any post on my Kindle. What is going on?
In order for us to send an email to your Kindle, you need to allow your Kindle to receive emails from "send@synctokindle.com". You can check how to do it here. Please note that the instructions may change depending on the country your Kindle device is registered in.
I have added your email, but it's still not working. What do I do?
In this case, please drop me an email at support@synctokindle.com with the blog URL. The technology is still under development and there are some blogs that currently do not work with your system. If you let us know, I will investigate what I can do to make it work for you.
How many blogs can I subscribe to simultaneously?
Currently (while I figure things out), there is a maximum amount of 10 blogs that can be subscribed at any time. If you would like to increase that number, please drop me an email at support@synctokindle.com and I will try to figure out a solution.
I don't see a pricing section. Is Sync to Kindle free?
Currently, yes. Sync to Kindle is still under development and considered "beta". Once it is more polished, a pricing model may be introduced to support its development.
